This is a solid SHm Sacd release here. Caravan was a very good prog-rock band. They appeal to listeners who like music that might be less mainstream and more creative. Caravan certainly was creative. This is one of the best BDs that I've heard. The 5.1 PCM mix is excellent. It's front-heavy but then again, it's rock music and having the assault coming from the front makes sense. The surrounds bring forth some nice detail on The Camera Eye and Witch Hunt that I've never heard before. The beginning of YYZ also ... more
