Have heard the multichannel (just 4 channels, BTW, but the center third of the orchestra and soundstage are very solid) version twice. I LOVE this work--it's definitely on my desert-island list--and I can enjoy varied versions of it--slow, fast, driven, leasurely. Altho the 1st movement of this one is a little faster than usual, I really enjoyed the whole performance for its energy, its drive without sounding too drinen or frantic ... more
