I have played this SACD solidly for two weeks hoping I would like it. sadly it is a disappointment. The sound just seems muffled and slightly compressed. The album is a mixture of long, epic ballads like The Musical Box and shorter, harmonic songs like Harequin. Overall the longer songs become a bit tedious and by the time you hear "the Fountain of Samalicas", ...
