Recordings of organ with orchestra must be a big challenge to record successfully. The CPO engineers have done a good job on this one. Although I'm not quite familiar with the group, I have to say this album is a treasure.
The quality of the tracks are absolutely astonishing, the noise were wisely attacked without removing it completely so it has a "vintage" sound.
