Hello, if not MCH stereo SACD
Cyndi Lauper any
Sade any
Cyndi Lauper's "She's So Unusual" is on single-layer stereo SACD....possibly the best digital version ever. Sade was "penciled in" for a SACD release, but was later cancelled by Sony.
I'd recommend Spandau Ballet's follow-up to "True", "Parade". Hope Genesis' 80s output get released on SACD....I know it's already been remastered and remixed for 5.1 surround sound.

Although the question is artists not albums, I am specifying by album since no two albums by one artist sound alike and these would be available in both stereo & multichannel. If you are unfamiliar with any of these recordings, I suggest you give them a listen despite some being long out of print:
1. Michael Jackson - Thriller [1982] (already exists but in 2-channel only) 2. Thompson Twins - Into The Gap [1984] 3. Joe Satriani - Flying In A Blue Dream [1989] 4. Chris Rea - New Light Through Old Windows [1988] 5. Power Station - Power Station [1985] 6. Robbie Robertson - Robbie Robertson [1987] 7. Suzanne Vega - Solitude Standing [1987] 8. Sade - Stronger Than Pride [1988] 9. Al Di Meola - Cielo E Terra [1985] 10. Prince - Purple Rain [1984] 11. Fleetwood Mac - Tango In The Night [1987] 12. Level 42 - World Machine [1985] 13. Lionel Richie - Can't Slow Down [1983] 14. Hall & Oates - Big Bam Boom [1984] 15. Toni Childs - Union [1988] 16. Pink Floyd - Momentary Lapse Of Reason [1987] 17. U2 - The Joshua Tree [1987] 18. Jeff Beck - There And Back [1980] 19. Eric Clapton - Journeyman [1989] 20. Billy Idol - Rebel Yell [1983]

Mike Oldfield : Ommadawn (and newer ones - Amarok, TSoDE or Voyager would rock in MCH)
