Why is this so expensive, is it that good, and one guy said it was oop, so he wasn't interested, what does that mean?

Please see post #47 here :/showthread.php?page=3
... and this thread : /showthread/122770//y?page=first
This came in OOP quickly, and then a new batch came in the market and I had the chance to get a copy for 37€. I was lucky, wanted it for a very long time (Mehta fan + Mahler fan).
Now OOP again.
Super disc.

Hi the first thread leads to the same one as the second.

So is the Blu-ray as good, or is this worth buying for around 80?

In my opinion the SHM SA-CD is totally worth 80 as this is a really good disc.

But maybe it might be just as worth it to get the BD-A ? I don't own it, so I do not know how it is.

Here we go again with the SHM rubbish.

Bonzo, just get the BD-A and see if you like it.

I've said this many times before but I'll reiterate it here. SHM media is scientifically unproven technology. It's all down to OEM marketing. Nothing more than that.

The £400 price just indicates that the disc is OOP and rare and that there is someone who hopes to make big bucks with this situation.

There was a sealed disc on Ebay this month from a canadian seller with a Buy-it-now price of $129, and it ended unsold.

Still available for 59.99 at acoustic sounds. It's a great sounding disc, and that performance of the 2nd is one of my favorites. I actually like it more than the even rarer classic Klemperer (which I can't afford now to get on SACD).
