My current homepage (link below) shows all recent releases and with each new release, pushes older releases off the front page. Will the new site offer the same option?

On HRAudio.net, go to "music" tab in the main drop down menu and you will see the same information. Realize that HRAudio is more current than the SA-CD site since new releases haven;t been added here for a few weeks.

Have taken a look at the new site the last couple of days and I think that over time I will get used to it. The artwork covers aren't large enough on my iPad to let me see what the SACDs are about, just like here, but at least here I have the "title" information I can read. Numerous small nits as well. I may learn some site specific workarounds that I just haven't discovered yet.

As an occasional participant in the forums I will miss spending "lurker" time with them. There was always some pretty good information to be had, but I will use QQ forums as my likely replacement. On the new site it looks like you can post comments within each title, but I haven't found a way to look at a list of new comments so that I can check only those. If it stays title specific, such that one has to click on the titles and drill in to get comment information, the comment feature may not be as useful.

The new site deserves a chance. It will likely still play a role in providing some information about SACDs and other Hi Rez formats, useful in reducing the purchase risk. It took some time to get to know this site, so it's only fair to give the new site its chance. My suspicion though is that I will spend less time on the new one than I did the old.

I agree. It often takes time to adjust to new website revisions and this one should be given time too, although as you say, having to drill into particular titles to read new comments, if any, may not be useful and is certainly not likely to result in spontaneous dialogue.

Just took a look at the new HRAUIO site. Whilst my library, favorites and wishlist have been carried over from sa-cd.net to the new site. I will still be using sa-cd.net site.

Whilst the new site contains all the high resolution releases. The lack of user reviews, comments and forum chat which has been a valued resource on sa-cd.net is no longer present on the new site. Starting a fresh clean slate in my opinion was not a good idea. As this site was my goto for information and opinions about titles to see if they are worth purchasing.

It seems to me there's been a misunderstanding here. I didn't say just just a bit divisive and extreme, as in, just a little bit. I'm saying it was divisive and extreme.

I was being sarcastic when I asked the rhetorical question. He was not divisive at all, except to those lunatics who followed his sick way of thinking. As for 'using the word "extreme," that invites comparisons and implies, hopefully unintentionally, that there may have been an an iota of validity to his warped methods, e.g., mass murder and warmongering. That said, I'll accept that you employed an unfortunate choice of words.

Greg, I agree, I got all my move over done today, but gone are my over 120 reviews. Not that I am any good at reviews but I did try.

That said, I am not sure that the new site is 100% complete, I would think not. Maybe all our reviews and new ones to come will be added soon?

Are you still using Collectorz dot com ? I am and I think it is great, with the mobile version etc.

Mmm, my earlier 'Picard facepalm' post has been removed, it seems resistance is futile!

Also your little meme that meant so much to you, like one of your own children. The one that was taken down by the oppressive regime, and violated all of your free speech, and killed millions of people in the process? You abandoned it at the grocery store, in aisle 6. Didn't even look back. It is still up, in another thread. Right where you left it.

Righteous indignation, you're doing it wrong.

Do you know what the word divisive means? Divisive means something like, 'to cause disagreement or hostility between people', and not something like, 'ingenious method'. How can you say "he was not divisive at all"?
