Can anyone verify that this is indeed an SACD? Most of the sites list it as SHM but don't mention SACD--only the US and CDJapan links list it as SACD.

I have it, it's a SHM-SACD.
All those Universal SHM-SACDs were also released as SHM-CDs, but with a different number. The SHM-CD is "UCCG-4886" (listed on CDJapan).
Concerning the shopping links, there is either something wrong with the Amazon reference number (if the product is indeed the CD) or with the Amazon format tag (SACD listed as CD).
BTW, this SACD from 2012 is still listed as available at CDJapan. Many other SHM-SACDs from that time are OOP.

Thanks. I just ordered it. If it turns out not to be an SACD, then I'll request a refund.

I got it from cdjapan and it is definitely an SACD release. A very good-sounding recording, too, and the playing (Michelangeli) is at times really quite astonishing (some unbelievably even scales, for instance, which have to be heard to be believed).

These new-ish SHM-SACDs from Universal are terrific, and cdjapan's prices, while high, are non-extortionate. Get 'em while you can.
