I am living in USA. Where can I buy "Dik Liu Fah - Princess Flower" SACD?

I puchased mine in San Francisco's Chinatown. Cost a fortune.

I haven't seen this title available online. However, I would suggest you contact malmusic.com and ask them about it. Otherwise, I can keep an eye out for it if you want it.

malmusic.com does not have the listed.

I have sent malmusic.com an email whether they can make a special order for me and have not received any reply yet.

Thanks again.

Sounds good. Malmusic.com has been very good at special orders; I've been able to get a number of titles there that I can't find anywhere else online.

You know about the other 2 Cantonese opera SACD titles released by Crown Records? They're not listed here yet because I haven't pick them up yet. But they are stereo hybrids instead of being single-layered.

No, I do not know that Crown Records has released 2 new Cantonese opera SACD titles. Please advise me when you have any further information.

The following 2 Cantonese opera SACD were released in January 2004. They are, to the best of my hazy memory, the first hybrid SACDs released by Crown Records.

The Legend of the Purple Hairpin

Zai Shi Hong Mei Ji

Both feature the legendary Cantonese opera duo of Yam Kim-fai and Bau Suet-sin. These 2 titles, along with Dik Liu Fah, is collectively known as the "3 Treasures of Crown". The vinyl versions cost an arm and a leg, if you can find it.

BTW, the 2 hybrids were made in Japan, whereas the SACD of Dik Liu Fah was pressed by Sony in the US. Dik Liu Fah also featured mastering by Vic Anesini, who also mastered Elvis and Bob Dylan.

I already got these two SACDs from malmusic.com when they were released earlier this year.

So, as a beginner to Cantonese opera, the 2 Crown hybrids are good?
