For those of you that want to play this SACD in Mch Surround - PLEASE WAIT a bit.
The pressing plant screwed up the Mch layer, and it clicks intermittently.
We obviously have scrapped the whole pressing and told our distributors accordingly, but some copies may have been distributed already to the trade.

Should you get a faulty copy, it will obviously be exchanged at the point of purchase, but, since the factory hasn't yet mastered and repressed, there'll be a bit of a delay. This obviously has some high priority, but we have to get them, then send them to the distributors, and they have to replace to the shops....

So sorry about all this - best - Robert

Thanks for the heads-up Robert! It's moments like this when I really, truly, completely, adore BIS.

(FWIW, I haven't seen this title "on the street" yet, so I can't confirm whether any affected discs made it out.)

Apropos the site review posted today the Shui/SSO Seascapes was recorded in the Esplanade hall and that is very successful indeed. No, my own misgivings about this disc were to do with the performances rather than the recording.

Since someone wrote to me privately today, asking me if the correct version was out, it probably was remiss of me not to announce that the correct version came out within a couple of weeks after the post was made in December last year.
Should anyone anyway get a faulty disc, that is, where the Mch layer sounds like an LP, just send the naked disc to us and we'll exchange.

Thank you and sorry for the cock-up - Robert
