The SACD Genie from the planet Tronn sees an SHM~SACD version of "Love Over Gold" in the future as a MAYBE!

The high-density layer of all SA-CDs incorporates copy protection. The format was designed this way. If they're hybrids you can rip them, just like CDs. However the SACD-SHM discs are single layer.

What do you mean by "PSP copy protected"? Does this refer to the Playstation Portable?

No, PSP is short for Pit Signal Processing - the most prominent copy protection measure of the SA-CD format.

That's right. I think even if a label wanted it would be impossible to make an SACD without copy protection such that it could be played on a PC.
