This is really good news for the SACD format, not only for the titles but also for that fact of having a multichannel mix. Well done Warner Japan. It is great that there is this push in Japan from the major record labels of SACD titles. I just hope that in Europe and Elsewhere someone is taking a note of all of this and will rethink their policy to SACD releases.

I agree. Just a shame yet again these things are only happening in Japan.

where not all of these titles already released as DVD-Audios?

They will all be new A/DSD transfers, no?

Every single one! I have them all and they sound superb. But at least they're priced right. A step in the right direction, for sure. Will be interesting to compare the sonics with the DVD~As.

Yes, all were 5.1 and they really did sound superb!

Warmers had announced a slew of DVD~As that were NOT released and hope that they eventually release those titles on mch SACD (i.e. Frances Albert Sinatra and Antonio Carlos Jobim and a few Madonna titles although I suppose, with Lady GaGa, Madonna is now out of VOGUE....and there were others which escape me).

As posted on another thread, "Being that SA-CD.net is solely supported by users who buy SACDs from the links posted here, it's extremely inconsiderate, or rather, quite rude to come out here and openly promote unaffiliated sites. Posters who do so are directly depriving Zeus of the financial resources necessary to maintain SA-CD.net's operations."

I posted it as information - it certainly wasn't intended as 'promoting' any websites.

I'll shut up now and cease bothering you with my inconsiderate and quite rude open promotion of unaffiliated sites.

I don't believe many people saw your original post, which I found quite informative, as an attempt to promote any sites - except perhaps the Thought Police, which seems quite active on this site these days.
