I found interesting comments by producer Mordler and Richter on page 85 of "Corresponding with Carlos: A Biography of Carlos Kleiber". You can read it using Amazon's Look Inside feature.

Actually, I believe Richter thought Kleiber wasn't up to his usual standards during EMI Dvorak recording and felt a little bit disappointed (I think it's okay :)
I think I have 4-5 Dvorak concerto recordings from Richter, I haven't compared them recently however.
Every Richter fan should get Karl-Aage Rasmussen's biography on him.

Hi!
Nice to encounter one around here. What do you have? Just curious as I thought there were only these two and the one with Kondrashin out (on commercial releases anyhow).
And definitely seconding the Rasmussen book. It's a good read.
Cheers,

I believe there are two pirate Dvoraks from 1963 with Kondrashin, in addition to those 3 commercial releases. My discography is not the most reliable one, so recording dates are missing. (Reliable Richter discography, what an oxymoron!)

Yup... Although there's one pretty good one that should cover just about everything, with holes probably only in the very final years and even there I'd think not many (I haven't gone through it yet as I only recently got it myself). If you email me, I'll send you a copy (courtesy Pete Taylor who I think probably would not mind). It's got everything in it, in chronological order, but no sorting facility (it's a text file). He has also compiled a similar list of performance dates with the programs. An amazing job.
I know what I'm stating in my email address but I'll be checking it if you're interested. (It was originally created for someone else here.)
Happy listening,
PT

You created an email address just for this "someone else here," and yet, he never once even bothered to write to you? Now I can see why you resent this "someone else here" so much. Poor Polarius, checking his mail box in vain for months on end...
What's bitten you today?
I don't know if s/he ever wrote to me as I haven't checked that mailbox once so far. Just like it says.
