Schubert tonight, methinks.
I played the 1972 DGG Lp of Die Schöne Müllerin last night,and tonight I will play some of the Beethoven Lieder sung by Fischer Dieskau. A truly great artist I have many of his recorded performances on LP but none on SACD.

As I got my new speakers only a few days ago and have had enormous fun rediscovering favourite recordings, this sad loss is a reminder to crank out some Orff and Wagner.
