I'm 50-something in age, and have always liked Donovan--so I might be biased. I love this SACD. All his best on one SACD and produced with 5-star quality. If you like Bob Dylan, you should like Donovan.

I find the sonics outstanding. There's no veil between the instruments and the listener. I can feel the emotion of the music. It sounds great. Better than the Dylan reissues in my opinion, and I think highly of the Dylan SACDs.

What can one say about the releases of Audio Fidelity? Well the ones I bought are great! All the ones I own are sonically stunning. But what else would one expect when buying a disc mastered by Steve Hoffman.
The are some really great tracks one this one, classics like Mellow Yellow, Catch the wind and Atlantis. But just because one knows doesn't mean these are the only tracks worth listening to, I can savely say most if not all tracks are well worth it.
Donovan - Storyteller is an impressive collection, well worth the $16,- I spent on it.

Donovan, simply is just classic. I've always been impressed with the production of his material, but have always wanted to hear an audiophile release.

That dream came true! Hoffman does what he does best. EQed to a T - tight, accurate bass and defined, but integrated high end. You can really hear depth of soundtage and extension of the highs.

Genuine DSD (verified by viewing a spectograph of an 88.2./24 rip) the full dynamic range is intact.
