My Denon 2900 worked perfectly for about three years of heavy use. It was my primary player for both redbook and SACD as well as films. About 6 months ago I had many disk drop outs and reading problems on SACD's as well as a few redbooks. My television has only two scart connection in the rear (only one of the two is RGB). I am not aware of a PS3 cable that goes from HDMI to SCART. To make matters more complicated I want to keep my Denon 2900 DVD/SACD player connected to my television because of it's region code free benefits. Thank you for the quick answers to my HDMI-less dilema. I think it will be best to remain in 2 channel SACD on my PS3 until I upgrade my receiver. My Denon 2900 plays my multichannel just fine.
