Iím not a Steely Dan fan. Donít remember what inspired me to buy the DTS release of Gaucho Ė maybe because it was readily available, or cheap. Load this disc and your multi-channel player will indicate two tracks. Two? Yes, tracks 4 and 11 are the only multi-channel tracks on the album. What an awful album. 8-( Track one is a prime example of a problem I have with Latin jazz in general Ė the music is often repetitious and feels like it doesnít know when to quit.
