This is a magnificent sacd! I have a few Savall-cds and this one is my first AliaVox-sacd-mc. Among the fivestars-reviews I regret to let you know that my impression of the performance of this beautiful symphony is rather negative. I agree with Monteverdi. Mahler considered his 4th symphony his best; so do I, including performance and soundquality. Comparing with the first and third symphony from SFS/MTT the quality is increasing. I'm looking forward to the next one; I hope it will be the fifth.

I discovered the review from amazon.com and it contents only the truth. This sacd is magnificent; a very spatial sound (notice: multichannel 4.0) and a great performance.
