Not much to add after Geohominid: simply pleasures and natural melodical attitude of Askenazy proving his ongoing interest for melody at first place. Performance stands out.

This one really stands out! I have the 3 disc version and must admit what is pretty well known already: SACD sound is better than DVD-A (technically). DVD-Audio of the same performance sounds colder than SA-CD (on hybrid electrostates) with THX ULTRA 2 7.1ch load.

I can compare this release only to previous release by BMG Sony with Tilson and only Nocturnes and La Mer. Les Arts Nouveaux and Belle Epoque are my most beloved epochs in music.
