I can't believe i am going to write a Sudbin review that is not overly gushing, but i simply cannot overlook his interpretations in this collection. Most pieces seem rushed, in a way most younger musicians seem like to play these days, and the Mazurka 7 has the strangest left hand i have ever heard. He forgets that a mazurka is a light dance, and insteads plays as if these were Rachmaninoff original works.
Sound quality is stellar, but irrelevant with this interpretation.
