Praga has hit a new low in false advertising.

The cover indicates that this is a 1952 Paris concert, but the back cover says that it's actually a "reconstitution" of that concert (of which no recordings seem to exist), using different recordings of the same works. That last fact is hidden in vague language.

The text on the back cover has a slightly different meaning in all 3 languages, so don't focus on english only. The german text speaks of "recordings from the same time"

A customer review on amazon.fr suggests Deutsche Grammophon recordings (which are now in the public domain) were used to compile this SACD.
