Has anyone heard about the Blu Ray disc being out of phase? causing it to have minimal bass.

Front Left and Sub channels had the phase inverted by accident after mix down.

That was my first impression.....something was amiss. There was a hole in the middle of the soundstage and something just didn't sound right.

Replacement copies, I believe, will be forthcoming. I purchased mine from Amazon.

I told Amazon about the problem, they have no idea what I was talking about so they sent me a replacement which is still defective and a refund. Oh well.

Well, if you as them for a replacement days after the defect has been uncovered, and obviously before corrected copies can even be manufactured, you can expect to get another copy of the defective one. Were you really expecting that the label can get replacements authored, manufactured, packaged, distributed and available to retailers in a matter of days?

Amazon will have no idea what you are talking about. They have several MILLION products in stock and are a computer operated retailer. Do you expect them to have specific intelligence on the individual products they sell?

The 24/96 download has no issues and sounds amazing.

2 channels has no problem, sounds great. Only the 5.1 which you can't get as a download. All will be fixed when the corrected disc comes out.

Did the same, Hoop. Instant refund and I have to return the disc to Amazon and will patiently await a repressing.

Frustrating but thankfully I have enough surround material to keep me going for a long, long time!
