Horn (aka "French Horn")--many years in a professional community orchestra, though inactive for the last nine years or so. I also played tuba for fun for several years. Started on trumpet as a kid, played some baritone in high school, but horn is my serious instrument. If we could live parallel lives, I'd also play oboe. ;)

I currently play A Samick LW020G Dreadnought acoustic guitar. My first instrument was a Mandolin at age 5. I took Piano lessens when I was in 5th grade. As a teenager I played both Rhythm Guitar and Bass Guitar in a Rock Band, the Neon Illusions, I had a Fender Telecaster electric and a Fender Bass with Fender Twin Reverb tubed guitar amp.

I studied classical composition and orchestration in high school and have written both Rock songs and a few short classical compositions.

I do not play my guitar near enough, I do enjoy playing though.

Hello. I am a master air musician. With 40 years of "playing" under my belt, my friends call me a true pioneer. Thanks

Hello, Teresa.

Thanks for those details. I've read many of your writings the last couple of years, and have bought many of the recordings you've recommended.

I'd forgotten about having posted here, and it was fun to see that you'd replied, and to learn more about you.

Hello, Patrick.

"Air Musician"--I like that! ) Isn't it wonderful that we live in an era when we get to hear so much music?

As I noted to Teresa, I'd forgotten about having posted here, and it was good to see your reply.
