Is there some other source for this and other Fuga CDs besides directly from the label? They don't have secure online ordering and want credit card info either faxed or called in, neither of which is appealing to me! (They are based in Finland.)

I am in the same boat, I contacted them to see how I could order the Cesar Franck SACD with the same organist, they replied by e-mail asking for my credit card info faxed to them or a direct phone call to order the SACD.
As far as I can tell the Fuga label is only available from the Fuga Music Store in Helsinki, for now there is no secure way to order the Fuga SACD’s.

dear folks,

just to let you know - we are currently working to implement secure
credit card payments into our webshop: should be active within a
couple of weeks. this will enable secure transactions with Visa and
Mastercard and most probably AmEx too. thank you for your interest!

And I have to say I have NEVER had any problems just e-mailing my card particulars (if in doubt, in two separate e-mails) to the vendor. No reason to be overly paranoid.

I've been the victim of credit card fraud/theft three times, so I have every every reason to be paranoid. No, not paranoid--concerned!

Good news straight from the source, though!

alright folks,

goodbye to fax machines - the secure credit card system is now up
and running. please note that there is no new button or direct link
on the website itself: you have to complete the order as previously,
and when we're done processing it, you will receive e-mailed
instructions for secure payment.

best regards

Excellent, I must get my hands on that Fuga Cesar Franck Organ SACD.

For me the benchmark reference organ recordings are the Dorian RBCD recorded in St. Eustache Cathedral, but I am on the lookout for SACD equivalents.

My copy arrived yesterday--wow! For floor-shaking bass, it's pretty hard to beat! Kiviniemi is a new name to me, but what a talent. He plays with great flair and virtuosity. It's an expensive disc for those of us in the US, but if you love organ music and need a spectacular multi-channel demo disc, this is it!
