Discussion: Brahms: Symphony No. 4, Hungarian Dances - Janowski

I long ago discarded the rest of the PentaTone Janowski-Brahms cycle. However (and despite owning all the well reviewed recordings of number 4), I can't get enough of this one. The inner movements are particularly excellent. The second is well-nigh perfect. I also find it one of PentaTone's smoothest: everything blends without loss of detail. I got rid of about half my SACDs, but this one's probably sticking around forever, at least until I find a more glorious andante.
