Glen Gould's performance is there but it's vauge...his touches are there but they aren't as fully there the zanph re-performance technology is quite good it works well with oscar peterson's jazz and his friend art tatum but a genuis so ahead like gould is a whole other ball park. It's a little disapointing that there isn't a 5.1 version of this great recording on the market but it's still very good even if it's just in stereo.
The sound is excellent both in part due to the High sampling of the SA-CD and the detail that Klemperer takes in his conducting.
